Explanation
This process allows you to share your project with another Simple Wires user.
They will have whatever permissions you, as the project owner, grant them.
The different permissions levels are:
•View Only.
•Full Edit.
Once the Project Sharing Invitation is sent it will have a Status of "Pending". When the invitation is accepted the Status will be set to: "Accepted".
Note: The invitee does not need to have a Simple Wires subscription to receive the email, but they will have to create an account to accept the invitation.
Assumptions
•You have created at least one project.
Menu
Project Dashboard > Project Menu > Project Sharing Tools
Steps
1.Open your Projects Dashboard.
2.Click the Project Menu.
3.Click Project Sharing Tools.
4.Enter the email address that you would like to invite to view/edit the project.
5. Click 'Send Invitation.'
6. The Invitation Status will read 'Pending' until the invited user accepts the invitation.
7. Done.
