The following is a discussion of Team subscription capabilities.
This section assumes that you have purchased a Team subscription or are in your 10 day trial.
The Team tools allow you to control who has access to your account and with what permissions.
Your team members can be assigned to one of the following user Roles:

You, as the account owner, are given the Team Owner role.
You create a team or teams and invite/assign your team members to a team or teams.
Team members are assigned roles upon creation. Team members can be on any number of teams.
Projects are then assigned to a team.
You may invite others to your team.
Team members are notified via email when the following events occur:
•A team member is created or deleted.
•A team member has a permission change.
•A project is added or removed to/from a team.
•A new project is created.
•A drawing is Reviewed or Approved.
