Team Topics

The following is a discussion of Team subscription capabilities.

 

Assumptions:

This section assumes that you have purchased a Team subscription or are in your 10 day trial.

 

Overview:

The Team tools allow you to control who has access to your account and with what permissions.

Your team members can be assigned to one of the following user Roles:

Can do everything but create a new team. Can manage team members.

You, as the account owner, are given the Team Owner role.

 

You create a team or teams and invite/assign your team members to a team or teams.

Team members are assigned roles upon creation. Team members can be on any number of teams.

Projects are then assigned to a team.

You may invite others to your team.

 

Team members are notified via email when the following events occur:

A team member is created  or deleted.

A team member has a permission change.

A project is added or removed to/from a team.

A new project is created.

A drawing is Reviewed or Approved.
