Explanation
We have added several new features to the revisions grid.
First, the Revisions Grid has been re-tooled to be faster than before.
A "Revised By" field has been added to the Revisions Grid. This will show you who last made changes to your drawing.
We added a "User Notes" field to the Revisions Grid-Users can add notes to this field as needed.
Users can choose whether or not to allow the drawing to be purged.
The revisions grid will show your last 64 revisions.
Assumption
•You have created a project.
•You have created a drawing.
•You have added equipment and drawn cables in your drawing.

Project Data>Drawings and Revisions
Steps
1. Open the revisions grid.
2. Click on the revision tab [
] next to the name of the drawing that you would like to view the revisions for.
3. You can now review and edit your revisions.
Note: If you make an edit to your revisions, you can choose not to purge this revision and this revision will not be erased once the revision count exceeds 64 revisions.
